AI Contract & Document Automation
Contracts and documents are scattered across drives and inboxes. Finding a clause means opening twenty PDFs, and renewals sneak up on you.
Our contract assistant drafts standard documents from your templates, answers questions like "what does the contract say about notice periods?", and alerts you before renewals and expiry dates.
Three jobs, done every day without being asked.
A real example.
You ask "which supplier contracts renew in the next 60 days?" and get a list with the notice clauses quoted. A renewal alert 45 days out means you renegotiate instead of auto-renewing.
Built for busy teams.
Property managers, agencies, professional services, construction firms and anyone managing lots of contracts.
Works with Word, DocuSign, SharePoint and Google Drive, and most other tools you already pay for.
Scope it. Build it. You own it.
A quick call and a look at the current process: who does it, how long it takes, what goes wrong.
Connected to Word, DocuSign, SharePoint and Google Drive. Fixed quote, agreed in writing before we start.
It starts with you approving its work. Once you trust it, it runs on its own and escalates anything unusual.
Thirty days of fixes are included. After that, an optional month-to-month care plan, thirty days' notice to stop.
Questions people ask.
Does it give legal advice?
No. It drafts from templates your lawyer has approved and finds information in your contracts. Legal advice still comes from your lawyer.
Where are the documents stored?
In your own SharePoint, Google Drive or document system. We do not move them anywhere else.
How much does it cost?
Every build is fixed-quoted after we understand your process, so you know the price before we start. You pay for the project, not per seat, and if it takes us longer than we said, that's our problem.
Who owns it?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, you own every line of code, and nothing stops working if you stop working with us.
Is our data safe?
It runs inside your existing systems. We don't copy your data into tools you don't control, and access is limited to what the assistant needs.
Often built together.
Tell us what eats your week.
No pitch deck. We'll tell you straight whether it can run itself, what it would take and what it would save. Every build is fixed-quoted and you own every line of it.
